Search and Fulfillment Process

Executive Recruiting Solutions provides our clients with professional and exceptional service. We partner with our clients confidentially so that they can focus on their core business. They know that we are locating appropriate people to join their team. We stream-line and simply the process for our clients and deliver superior results.

1. Definition Discussions:

Our goal is to fully understand the needs of the company. To understand the position (in-depth specifications), the company (overview of company), the company culture (personalities, mission and goals) and the search assignment (retained, priority, contingency or project). After all criteria is evaluated, Job Description(s) is (are) determined including the technical skills, interpersonal skills and other determined performance skills.

2. Develop Strategy & Course of Action:

After a mutual agreement is reached on all search criteria, we develop a customized strategy for each client. A course of action is determined (time line, identify client's interviewing team and follow-up procedures.) We develop a strategy to locate and to identify prospective people. The search process involves many resources that we have established including, proprietary network, affiliations and database information.

3. Identify & Contact Prospective Candidates:

We source new candidates through our network of contacts, referrals and old fashioned recruitment. Our team promotes the opportunity in strict confidence to prospective candidates. ERS evaluates prospective candidates against established criteria to locate highly qualified people that will blend with the company's goals and culture. We check references to verify responsibilities, skills, past performances and personality.

4. Present Most Qualified Candidates:

After all above qualifications are met, we will present a resume and a descriptive summary of the candidate's career, his/her goals, his/her personality and salary expectations. We present only those people that meet all criteria: candidates that are sincerely interested in the position, the company and whose goals match the company's salary range. We will not waste our client's time presenting unqualified people whom do not have the necessary skill sets, personality and sincere interest. We then continue to work to establish final selection of candidates and schedule interviews.

5. Obtain Feedback From Company & Candidates:

At this time we address any concerns of hiring officials and candidates. We reconfirm the interest and availability of the candidates. It is imperative that all people are on the same page to establish a win-win relationship. If everyone is in agreement, we schedule and coordinate subsequent interviews if necessary. The ERS team is here to assist in every aspect of the search process.

6. Concluding the Hiring Process:

We are the liaison for the client and the candidate. ERS works with the client to deliver an acceptable offer(s) to the desired candidate(s). We work through the process to assist in whatever capacity is needed. We will negotiate for the client. Once an offer is accepted, we assist candidate with his resignation; address counter-offer, confirm start date and resignation letter. We will address relocation issues with client and candidate. Our team is focused on creating a smooth transition for all parties. It is important to pave the way for a rewarding long term relationship.
